Here's the scoop for the next 10 days:

Today (fri. 11/4) @ PF. Finish between 5:30-5:45pm
Saturday Rest Day (SAT's for some).
Sunday 35-40 minutes EASY ROO
Monday TBD
Tuesday Meet @ AHS at Noon to go to Great Meadow to run the course.
Return to AHS between 4:45-5:00pm
Wed. OFF (Rest)
Thur @ PF's easy "shake and bake" fin @ 5:30pm
Friday Leave AHS @ Noon . Staying @ Hampton INN in Warrenton
Details to come next week.

Saturday : Ciera Ulan will race @ 11:45am and the Boys Team @ 12:30pm

Awards for AAA take place after our races and not at the end of the days races.
We will probably eat lunch in Warrenton and return to
C'ville by about 4:30- 5:00pm.
If you are a UVA football fan you will only be missing the Duke game.
We play them every year and the State Meet is never an automatic.
Besides, who likes Duke?
I am attaching a document with State Meet Info. parking is $ 10 so carpool !

Sunday ROO

Monday will be practice at PF for the 10 that are on the State Meet
"team" and any of those who are either SENIORS or who plan to race in
Cary,NC on 11/26.
