max of 45 min on Monday.
Tue. will be a workout at PF. Finished around 6pm.
Wed. @ PF, fin @ 5:45
Thur. @ PF, fin @ 5:30-5:40pm
Fri. @ PF Race with Louisa. Final time to be set.
