DEPARTURE  TIME:   Changed to 7:15am. Be at Field House by 7:10 at the latest and check in with Coach Shelley (Knewstep). 

1^st VMI race for AHS is 10:20am

10:50am Girls JV 5k

11:25am Boys JV 5k  Ian and Bennett are meet captains.  (18).
